RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange upto 14 days from delivery. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be returned in the condition they were delivered to you in
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at info@ensoptical.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Order Number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is not as described. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
If returning from outside of the EU, please state for customs that your return is for a REFUND
 
REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
 
EXCEPTIONS    
 
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 
 
Please Note
  

     ●     In some cases a restocking fee or scaled refund may apply if the goods have been used and not returned in the condition in which they were sent to you in.

     ●     At no times are the Fast, EU or Worldwide postage options refundable upon return except when the goods are 'not as described'

     ●     Fees incurred via Paypal are no longer refunded by Paypal and thus will not be refunded to you (the customer) in cases where you have changed your mind, or not read the description properly

     ●     Original delivery fees will not be refunded for cancleled orders that are mid transit, and if the carrier imposes a surcharge for the return of that item we will not refund that.
