The Kowa TSN-VA2B is a digiscoping adapter that is not used in conjunction with an eyepiece. With this digiscoping adapter no eyepiece is used but everything is in this adapter. This adapter uses a consistent beam of collimated light for use by video cameras.
The TSN-VA2B has a built-in 14x magnification when used with the TSN-880 or TSN-770 series of spotting scopes and a 12x magnification when used with the TSN-660 and TSN-600 scopes. The digiscoping adapter can be attached directly to the 88/77mm scopes as an eyepiece, but the 66mm/60mm scopes require the TSN-CR3 adapter between scope and eyepiece.

Use a TSN-AR Camera Adapter Ring, sold separately, to connect the TSN-VA2B to your video camera. The extremely long eye distance of 100mm makes it possible to operate almost any camera without vignetting.

14x magnification with an angle of view of 1.97° on 88mm / 77mm scopes
12x magnification with an angle of view of 2.3° on 66mm / 60mm scopes

TSN-AR Camera Ring adapter required for connection to the camera's filter wires
